PSE&G will conduct roadwork on West Cuthbert Boulevard in Collingswood, New Jersey, on Friday, November 15. The work is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., resulting in a partial road closure westbound between Atlantic and Park avenues.

Commissioner Al Dyer, who serves as the liaison to the Department of Public Works, advised motorists to plan ahead. "Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations," he said. He also reminded drivers to exercise caution in construction zones: "Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris."

The Camden County Department of Public Works oversees the maintenance of over 1,200 miles of county roads, along with 50 bridges and several dams. Their efforts aim to enhance safety for both motorists and pedestrians through various highway construction projects and regular road maintenance activities such as pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting, and storm drainage upkeep. The department operates out of Lindenwold with personnel available around the clock.

Residents can report any concerns regarding Camden County roadways by calling (856) 566-2980 or visiting www.camdencounty.com.
