On November 16, Congressman Norcross extended an offer of assistance to constituents facing challenges with federal agencies. He stated: "If you're facing a challenge with a federal agency, my office is here to help. Reach out to us at (856) 427-7000 - we are here to work for YOU!"

The following day, November 17, he emphasized the impact of apprenticeship programs on his life and career. He wrote: "Enrolling in an apprenticeship program changed everything for me, that's why I will always fight to expand access to one of our best tools for career success. Going to college isn’t the only way to make it in America." The tweet was accompanied by hashtags #NAW2024 and #ApprenticeshipUSA.

On November 18, Congressman Norcross participated in the White House Classroom to Career Summit.
