Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey's 1st district since 2014, has been active on social media discussing various historical and contemporary issues. Norcross replaced Rob Andrews in Congress and has a background in the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate. He recently posted several tweets addressing significant topics.

On March 25, 2025, Congressman Norcross reflected on the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire that occurred 114 years ago. He noted that "the tragedy sparked a movement that pushed for real change in workplace safety and workers’ rights." As co-chair of the Labor Caucus, he expressed his commitment to honoring those who lost their lives in the fire. "114 years ago, the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire claimed 146 lives—most of them young women. This tragedy sparked a movement that pushed for real change in workplace safety and workers’ rights."

Later on March 25, Norcross extended greetings for Greek Independence Day with a simple celebratory message. "Happy Greek Independence Day!"

The following day, March 26, Norcross welcomed Liz Shuler to a meeting of the Labor Caucus. He emphasized the importance of good-paying jobs as vital social programs and criticized what he described as attacks by the Trump administration on working people. "Great to welcome @LizSchuler to yesterday's @Labor_Caucus meeting. The best social program in the world is a good-paying job."
