Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently took to social media to address several issues affecting his constituents. Norcross, who has been in Congress since 2014 after succeeding Rob Andrews, shared his thoughts and greetings through a number of posts.

On April 12, 2025, Congressman Norcross expressed concern regarding cuts to Social Security phone services made by former President Trump and businessman Elon Musk. In his post, he stated, "Chaos. Crashes. Confusion. That’s what the Trump-Musk cuts to Social Security phone service caused. Retirees and people with disabilities should never be forced to navigate a glitchy website or wait in line to access benefits they paid into and earned."

Later on the same day, he extended festive greetings to his constituents. In a post made at 11:32 PM, Norcross wished those observing Passover in South Jersey well, saying, "Chag Sameach to those in South Jersey observing Passover starting tonight!”

The following day, on April 13, Norcross extended his well-wishes for Palm Sunday to the people of South Jersey, with a short but inclusive greeting: "Happy Palm Sunday to all in South Jersey who celebrate!"

Donald Norcross continues his legislative duties focusing on issues impacting New Jersey’s residents, upholding a long-standing dedication to his community since he began his political career in the New Jersey General Assembly in 2010.
