New Jersey Education Association issued the following announcement.
In honor of Juneteenth Freedom Day we celebrate the idea of freedom and it’s constant and complex evolution for ALL people who call our nation home.
We recommit to the idea that education is the vehicle through which we will ensure ALL people are free, and treated with fairness, equity and justice.
