Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey's 1st district, has been active on social media discussing various issues. On March 22, 2025, he paid tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen by acknowledging their significant contributions during a time of segregation in the military. "Today, we honor the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen. At a time when the military was segregated, these men stepped up and served with courage. Their achievements paved the way for progress, and we will never forget their service."

On March 24, 2025, Congressman Norcross addressed an international issue involving Israel and Hamas. He commented on a ceasefire agreement between both parties that involved returning hostages and delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza. He expressed disappointment over its failure to continue as intended: "Israel and Hamas had a ceasefire agreement that required all hostages to be returned and for humanitarian aid to be delivered to Gaza. A ceasefire agreement can only be successful when both parties keep their word." He further lamented that "Unfortunately, this agreement couldn't continue."

Later on March 24, Congressman Norcross shared his experience testifying about China's practices in the shipbuilding industry. As Co-chair of the Labor Caucus and a member of the House Armed Services Committee Democrats (HASCDemocrats), he emphasized American workers' ability to compete fairly under equal conditions: "Today, I had the opportunity to testify on China's unfair and predatory practices in the shipbuilding industry. As Co-chair of the @Labor_Caucus and a member of @HASCDemocrats, I know American workers can compete with anyone when we are all given the same rules."
