Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey's 1st district since 2014, recently shared a series of tweets advocating for the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act. He highlighted his discussions with individuals involved in labor rights and emphasized the importance of protecting workers from unfair practices.

On March 7, 2025, Congressman Norcross tweeted about his conversation with Liz Shuler and Kieran Cuadras, a member of Wells Fargo Workers United who was terminated for organizing her branch. He stated that "captive audience meetings like the ones she faced show exactly why we need the #PROAct."

In another tweet on the same day, Norcross shared his personal experience with labor practices. He expressed pride in introducing the PRO Act by stating, "I know firsthand how important it is to protect workers from unfair labor practices—because I lived it."

Furthermore, Norcross noted the legacy of Richard Trumka in relation to the PRO Act. On March 7, he tweeted that "the #PROAct carries on the legacy of Richard Trumka by promoting worker solidarity...and holding accountable corporate bosses who violate workers’ rights."
