As the New Jersey general election approaches, small business owners are encouraged to make their voices heard by voting for candidates who support pro-small-business policies. The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) emphasizes the importance of this election for small business growth and opportunity.

"Good small business policy starts with electing pro-small-business legislators," states the NFIB. The organization has released its 2023 New Jersey Voter Guide, which is available for members to view, download, and print. This guide includes information on candidates endorsed by the NFIB New Jersey PAC, described as "the state’s most influential small business political action committee."

The NFIB highlights that small business owners and their employees traditionally vote in high numbers and often encourage others to participate in elections. Members in New Jersey are urged to help increase voter turnout both during early voting and on Election Day.

Among those endorsed by the NFIB NJ PAC are Assemblyman Sean Kean, Assemblywoman Kim Eulner, Assemblyman Edward Ned Thomson, and Chris Del Borrello for the 4th Legislative District Senate seat. Eileen Kean serves as the NFIB NJ State Director.

Key dates remaining include General Election Day on November 7th and deadlines related to mail-in ballots. For further details about the election process in New Jersey, individuals can visit the New Jersey Voter Information Portal.
