The Camden County Board of Commissioners has unveiled the exciting lineup for the Summer Parks Concert Series in 2024. Commissioner Jeff Nash expressed the county's enthusiasm for the upcoming events, stating, "We always look forward to our summer concerts because it provides our residents with some fun, free entertainment right in their communities."

This year's concert series promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with an expanded roster of acts and special themed nights planned. Commissioner Nash highlighted the collaboration with local groups to host public awareness and heritage nights such as Italian Heritage Night, Juneteenth, and a salute to veterans. He also mentioned the partnership with Double Nickel Brewing to create a special beer for the occasion, stating, "And this year, we are extra excited to kick things off because of the wonderful extended lineup we have planned and the delicious beer we have partnered with Double Nickel to create."

Brian Needham, head of sales and co-founder of Double Nickel Brewing, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, "We are looking forward to start our second annual season working with the Commissioners on another seasonal, easy drinking beer that captures the essence and spirit of the Camden County Park System and their expanding concert series."

Highlighting the diverse lineup of entertainment, some of the notable acts scheduled to perform in Camden County this summer include Everclear, Gin Blossoms, and Esperanza Spalding. Mayor Victor Carstarphen of Camden City expressed his excitement about the extended lineup of concerts, stating, "Camden County does such an outstanding job of providing free entertainment every summer though the annual concert series."

With a variety of musical genres and themes represented, the Summer Parks Concert Series aims to provide quality entertainment for residents and visitors alike. The series will feature performances at various parks in Camden County, showcasing a range of talent from different musical backgrounds.
