On Saturday, the Camden County Certified Gardeners hosted an educational symposium focused on native plants and spring gardening. The event included a discussion led by Randi Eckel, owner of Toadshade Wildflower Farm, as well as a demonstration from the gardeners on preparing gardens for spring.

"This was a wonderful, educational event where attendees can get expert advice on gardening from the county’s best," said Commissioner Jonathan Young, liaison to the Department of Sustainability.
