Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey's 1st district since 2014, recently shared insights into his ongoing legislative efforts through a series of tweets. Norcross, who has been vocal about labor rights and education, discussed various initiatives aimed at protecting union jobs and enhancing educational opportunities.

On February 12, 2025, Norcross tweeted about a meeting with Seth Harris and fellow Labor Caucus co-chairs. He emphasized the caucus's commitment to safeguarding union jobs against the Trump administration's attempts to weaken labor protections. "I sat down with @MrSethHarris and my fellow @Labor_Caucus co-chairs to discuss how the Labor Caucus is fighting to protect good union jobs and combat the Trump administration's efforts to dismantle labor protections."

The following day, on February 13, 2025, he highlighted the transformative impact of community colleges by reflecting on his own experience as a graduate of Camden County College. He noted the importance of affordable education and job training during a meeting with the college president. "Community colleges change lives — including mine. As a graduate of @camdencc, I know firsthand the value of affordable, quality education and job training."

Later that day, Norcross reaffirmed his stance against what he described as Trump's "union-busting" actions. He stressed the need for defending workers' rights by supporting the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and advocated for reinstating Wilcox to restore its functions. "I won't stand for Trump’s union-busting, and the @Labor_Caucus is fighting back."
