Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey's 1st District since 2014, has been active on social media sharing his recent legislative and community initiatives. Norcross, who succeeded Rob Andrews in Congress, has a background in the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate. Born in Camden, New Jersey, he continues to reside there.

On November 21, 2024, Congressman Norcross announced via Twitter that his resolution urging Ukraine to resume international adoptions passed the House. He stated: "My resolution urging the government of Ukraine to resume international adoptions passed the House today. Americans stand ready with open arms to provide a safe and stable home for Ukrainian orphans. Let's help these folks start their new families."

The following day, November 22, 2024, he congratulated Representative Dan Goldman on social media for joining the House Task Force on Combating Antisemitism (HouseBTFCA).
