PSE&G will conduct roadwork on Federal Street in Camden, New Jersey, leading to a full closure between North Dudley and 36th streets on October 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes and allow extra travel time. Commissioner Al Dyer, the liaison to the Department of Public Works, emphasized caution: “Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations. Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
From October 28 to November 1, PSE&G will also work on Federal and Market streets in Camden with lane shifts expected. The same advice applies as provided by Commissioner Dyer.
In Cherry Hill, Park Boulevard will see roadwork from October 28 to November 1 between Curtis and Jefferson avenues with full closures scheduled for Thursday and Friday during working hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Winslow Township's West Fleming Pike will be closed between Route 73 and the county line on October 28 and November 1 due to ongoing work which includes closures at the Atlantic City Expressway Exit 33 ramps.
Camden County will close Haddon Avenue in Berlin Township for roadwork from October 28 through November 1 between Bate and Dill avenues.
Chew Road in Waterford is set for closure from Pestleton Road to Route 206 over the same period as part of county efforts.
East Park Avenue in Merchantville will experience partial northbound closures between South Center Street and East Chestnut Avenue from October 28-31 during working hours.
In Audubon, Crystal Lake Avenue will be fully closed between Prospect and Hopkins avenues from October 28-30.
Gloucester Pike in Barrington is slated for restoration work by PSE&G on October 28 with closures between East Atlantic Avenue and Clements Bridge Road.
