Recently, the Board of Commissioners launched the Camden County Mobile App, a free resource that serves as a one-stop source for information about Camden County’s services, programs, and events. The app aims to provide an easy-to-use platform for residents and visitors to access county information on their iPhone or Android devices.

“There is always so much going on here in Camden County and this app streamlines this information onto one platform to make it easier for residents and visitors to stay in the know,” said Commissioner Jeffrey Nash. “The Camden County App is available for both Android and Apple users and is completely free to download. We encourage all our residents to download the app today to remain up to date with everything happening across Camden County.”

On the app, users can:

- View the local time and temperature.

- Get ahead of local weather emergencies with alerts from the National Weather Service.

- Stay updated on concert and event cancellations.

- Browse CamdenCounty.com, the official website of Camden County.

- Subscribe to the Camden County email newsletter directly from the app.

- Access information on concerts, events, news, and services.

- Learn more about the county parks system and download maps.

- Stay informed of road planning and closures with the Department of Public Works.

- Find a ballot box or polling place.

- See photos from recent events.

- Visit Camden County Live, the portal for public meetings.

- Meet the elected Board of Commissioners with background and contact information.

- Follow updates on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or LinkedIn.

Upcoming updates to the app will include:

- Application for park permits directly through the app.

“Do you or your family need to get a park permit for an event or report a pothole? Now it can all be done easily right from your phone,” Nash said. “Do you want the latest news on which playground is getting built or renovated? It’s all here in one place for the residents and visitors of the county.”
