Senator Jim Holzapfel and Assemblymen Greg McGuckin and Paul Kanitra, all representing the R-10 district, have collectively addressed the ongoing undocumented migrant crisis in New Jersey. Expressing their concerns, Senator Holzapfel emphasized the importance of upholding the rule of law, stating, "Stopping illegal immigration has always been about the rule of law and protecting the rights of law-abiding citizens."

Assemblyman McGuckin attributed responsibility for the crisis to Governor Murphy and the Trenton Democrats, pointing out their role in implementing policies that have exacerbated the situation. McGuckin stressed the need for federal intervention, stating, "Governor Murphy and the Trenton Democrats are responsible for many of the policies that have contributed to this crisis, but ultimately this is a problem that can only be solved at the federal level."

Echoing the sentiment of his colleagues, Assemblyman Kanitra highlighted the unsustainable nature of the current situation, emphasizing the strain on resources and the inability to provide indefinite benefits. Kanitra called for action from President Biden, Congress, and Governor Murphy, stating, "This is not sustainable. We simply don’t have the resources to provide unending benefits. It’s long past time for President Biden, Congress, and Governor Murphy to do their jobs and fix this problem."
