Senator Jon Bramnick (R-21) revised mask legislation to clarify that a secondary charge will be applied only to criminals who wear a mask during the commission of a crime.

“Under the revised bill, only defendants charged with a crime will face additional penalties if they were wearing a mask during the offense,” said Sen. Bramnick. “This secondary charge gives law enforcement an extra tool to hold masked criminals accountable.”
