He also emphasized the longstanding friendship between New Jersey and Israel, stating, "It also reaffirms the bonds of friendship and cooperation which have existed between New Jersey and Israel for more than seven decades."
Furthermore, the resolution signifies New Jersey's commitment to supporting Israel in its pursuit of peace in the region. Senator Bucco stated, "In this legislation, New Jersey recommits to working with Israel in its quest for peace with its neighbors and the countries in the region."
