The Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute at Seton Hall University announced on April 16 that it will host a special event in its Ella Triunfa series, highlighting women who are breaking barriers and redefining leadership.

The upcoming event, scheduled for April 22, will feature a fireside chat with Megan Frackoviak, vice president of Commercial Strategy at L’Oréal, and Gema Schipilliti, customer vice president at The Campbell’s Company. The discussion aims to explore topics such as leadership, mentorship innovation, and changes in consumer engagement.

Frackoviak and Schipilliti are recognized for their work across the beauty, wellness, food, and consumer goods industries. Their conversation is expected to offer insights into how brands can engage diverse audiences authentically and discuss the role of innovation in today’s marketplace. Both speakers will share their professional experiences and perspectives on leading with impact in areas where women continue to advance.

Lori Tarke, executive director of the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute said: “Ella Triunfa is about more than celebrating success, it’s about recognizing the courage, resilience and vision it takes for women to lead, to break barriers and to open doors for others.” Tarke added: “Through this series, we are not only elevating powerful stories but also creating space for the next generation to see what’s possible and to step confidently into their own leadership journeys.”

The event is open to students, professionals, and community members interested in engaging directly with leaders whose stories may inspire action. The Institute stated that initiatives like Ella Triunfa remain central as it expands programming aimed at showcasing diverse leadership.
