On Monday, the Board of Commissioners launched the Six Day Race, an ultra-marathon organized by Endless Endurance.

Commissioner Jeffrey Nash, who is connected to the Camden County Parks Department, expressed enthusiasm for the event. “The Board of Commissioners is thrilled to host the Six Day Race at our newly renovated Jack Curtis Stadium in Cooper River Park,” he said. Nash emphasized the event’s popularity in past years, adding, “This event has been well loved in the past and it is exciting to have it return so we encourage everyone to join us on Monday or throughout the course of the six days.”
