On April 30, 2025, the Board of Commissioners inaugurated a newly constructed pavilion at Haddon Lake Park. The new $1 million facility includes several features such as an open meeting space, a private dressing room, a storage area, a modern garage door suited for indoor and outdoor use, a seating area equipped with new tables and receptacles, and enhanced landscaping.

The pavilion will be open for public rentals and is intended to serve as a holding area for musicians performing at the Norcross-McLaughlin Memorial Dell. It will also host environmental education classes organized by the Parks Department.

“The Haddon Lake Pavilion will be a wonderful addition to our parks system,” expressed Commissioner Jeffrey Nash, who is the liaison to the Camden County Parks Department. Nash further stated, “We value community bonding and education in Camden County and the Haddon Lake Pavilion will provide a space where both can flourish. We cannot wait to welcome the community to the new facility.”
