Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey’s 1st district since 2014, recently shared his thoughts on various issues through a series of tweets. These tweets highlight his commitment to town halls, wage equality, and concerns over Social Security management.

On March 24, 2025, Congressman Norcross emphasized the importance of town halls in democracy. He stated, “I strongly believe town halls are a cornerstone of our democracy. I have held over 100 town halls since serving in Congress and hope to see you this week at the Camden County Town Hall on March 27! This is a great chance to ask questions, share your concerns, and learn more about https://t.co/eJp1JlhiQh”.

The following day, March 25, he addressed wage equality on Equal Pay Day by tweeting about fair wages. He noted that “On Equal Pay Day, we’re reminded that fair wages aren’t a privilege; they’re a right. Wage gaps hurt working families and hold our economy back. Everyone deserves a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.”

Later that same day, Norcross expressed concern regarding the state of Social Security under current management. He tweeted “Social Security is in crisis. Staffers are being pushed out, retirees are waiting hours for help, and benefits are at risk all while Trump hands over control to Elon Musk. Workers paid in; they deserve better.”
