Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey’s 1st district, addressed workforce development and economic concerns in a series of posts on his social media account between February 20 and 21, 2026.

On February 20, Norcross emphasized the importance of strengthening job training programs for future employment opportunities. He wrote, “As a union electrician, I know that bolstering this program will open the door to strong, good-paying jobs, and will put more people on the path to a successful career.”

Before joining Congress, he served in both the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate between 2010 and 2014. Born in Camden in 1958, Norcross continues to reside there.
