Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey’s 1st district, shared a series of tweets on March 19 and 20, 2025. These posts cover a range of topics from social security changes to environmental conservation efforts.

On March 19, Congressman Norcross expressed concerns about the impact of policy changes attributed to President Trump and Elon Musk. He stated that “As a direct result of President Trump’s and Elon Musk’s efforts to gut Social Security, beneficiaries will now have to travel in person to sign up for their benefits or alter their accounts, impacting more than 72 million Americans who rely on these benefits.”

Later that day, he reflected on his participation in an environmental event by tweeting “It was great to attend the Delaware River Watershed breakfast last week. As someone who enjoys kayaking, I know the importance of keeping our waters clean and support legislation in Congress that will help conserve this watershed for future generations.”

The following day, March 20, Norcross marked the change of seasons with a brief tweet: “Happy first day of spring!”
