He stated: “President Trump’s executive order to strip federal workers of their collective bargaining rights is a clear union-busting tactic, plain and simple. @RepGolden’s bill, the Protect America’s Workforce Act, would overturn this executive order. We must send this bill to the House” (July 18, 2025).

Donald Norcross has served as U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 1st District since replacing Rob Andrews in 2014. Before joining Congress, he served in both the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate between 2010 and 2014. Born in Camden in 1958 and currently residing there at age 64, Norcross has maintained an active role in state and national politics.
