Congressman Donald Norcross, representing New Jersey’s 1st district since 2014, has been actively engaging with his constituents and sharing updates on social media. His recent tweets address both personal community achievements and broader political issues.

On March 11, 2025, Congressman Norcross celebrated a local community member’s personal milestone. He tweeted: “Ring that bell! Congratulations to Timothy Purnell on finishing your last round of chemotherapy! Your community is with you, just as you have been there for them over your many years in the Camden County Police Department.”

Later that day, he expressed concern over legislative actions by House Republicans. In his tweet at 22:36 UTC, he stated: “House Republicans just voted to target Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, cutting the programs Americans across the country rely on. Taking care of our seniors and veterans is not wasteful, it is our duty.”

The following day on March 12, 2025, Congressman Norcross shared insights from a meeting with a professional organization. He noted: “Great to meet with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to discuss protecting Medicaid, reversing Medicare physician cuts, and addressing inflation.”
