On September 14, 2025, Norcross posted: “Enjoying the weekend? Thank a union!”

The following day, he marked the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month with a post stating: “Today marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. We celebrate the history, culture, and many contributions of Hispanic Americans to South Jersey and our nation.” (September 15, 2025)

Later that same day, Norcross published another message honoring military service members: “Prisoners of war and those missing in action gave more to our country than we can ever measure. Their courage will never be forgotten as we hold their memories in our hearts.” (September 15, 2025)
