Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli Jr. and Camden Mayor Victor Carstarphen attended the annual City of Camden Economic Development event alongside local stakeholders. This gathering marked the 11th annual City of Camden: A Growing Economic Force and focused on economic activities in Camden City.

“Camden City is continually on the rise when it comes to economic activity,” stated Cappelli. “All indicators are showing that the future is bright here in the city and I cannot wait to see what is in store for this community.”

Key topics included the $250 million reconstruction of the Walter Rand Transportation Center and several road projects.
