The Camden County Police Department held its first Metro Fun Night of the summer as part of its ongoing Unity Policing efforts. The event, which has become a regular occurrence since the department’s formation in 2013, included games, music, food, and a petting zoo.

“These types of events are so important to us because it is a chance to just have fun with our residents and their families,” said Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez. “We are always looking for ways to bond with those who call Camden City their home and we can’t wait for Friday’s festivities.”

The free event was open to all residents and took place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
