Camden County College held its 57th commencement ceremony, conferring degrees and certificates to over 1,500 students. The event took place at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, with an expected attendance of more than 5,000 family members and friends.

Dr. S. Jay Mirmanesh, a member of the Camden County College Board of Trustees and an alumnus from the class of 1976, delivered the keynote address. Dr. Mirmanesh is also recognized as an accomplished local physician.

This year’s graduating class included a diverse group: 57 students received their associate degrees before obtaining their high school diplomas; 26 graduates came from around the world representing 17 different countries; 23 students earned more than one degree; there were 31 veterans among the graduates; and 51 graduates achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average.

Camden County College is one of New Jersey’s largest community colleges and ranks highly nationwide for associate degree graduates. The college boasts technology-rich resources across its campuses in Blackwood, Camden, and Cherry Hill, supported by dedicated employees committed to providing quality education and responsive service. The institution fosters a vibrant academic environment with innovative teaching methods, supportive student services, dynamic management practices, and inclusive discussions on diversity.
