Several roadwork projects are scheduled in Camden County for the week of February 2 to February 6, according to county officials.
Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works, advised drivers to prepare for possible delays. “Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” Dyer said. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
In Camden, PSE&G will conduct work on Federal Street and River Avenue from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. A lane shift will be in place on Federal Street between River Avenue and 16th Street, while River Avenue will be fully closed between East State Street and Federal Street.
